Department of Public Services and Construction

The Director of Public Services and Construction performs professional engineering and project management duties for the Town of Abingdon.  Duties include overseeing the streets, solid waste and central garage divisions of the public works department.  Supervises public construction projects and private development to be accepted and maintained by the Town.  Also provides project management and inspection for town construction projects and provides oversight for the town’s traffic control activities.
